Wii Fit Update

Prior to the start of June, I hadn't weighed in on Wii Fit since January, when I weighed 235, a gain of 10lbs since I was doing Wii fit to begin with in 2008. I was rather disappointed with myself, I have a renewed commitment to get fit. Since June (6th I believe) here is a chart of how I've been doing!

I've been trying to get out and exercise on the elliptical for 30 minutes at least 2-3 times a week, and have been doing the weight machine for another 5-10 min.

As far as eating, I've been limiting intake, watching the calorie counts and portions. Very importantly I've looked at things like pop and said "Hmm. No, this 140 calorie pop is not worth the 20 minutes of exercise."
