Wii Fit Update!

Well folks, here it is October 14th. On May 20th, we began using Wii Fit to track our weight loss. I'm rather proud to say through changed diet and a bit more exercise (and accountability) this evening I am proud to say I've lost 20lbs since that time. While I'd like to have been farther, I'm proud that I've kept a lot of it off. Hey, if you add up all the weight I started gaining to my total its about 27lbs!

At any rate - To those thinking about Wii Fit, I'd say do it, if nothing else for the accountability. "Woohoo". Here's to another 60!
